Tech support – phone support

Description

We are happy to help for free for simple faults, but tech support needing more than 5 mins will need to be booked in advance and paid for online.  We can then schedule a call to you (Facetime/Teams/Skype also at no extra charge).

We can run through most diagnosis/fault finding in 15 mins but sometimes 30 minutes or more may be required. This will depend on your level of understanding of pinball machines and electronics!  If you are unsure how much time is required, just give us a call to discuss how much time we suggest you book.

No refunds will be given for time purchased but unused as we have to allocate that time out of our day regardless.
