Always wanted my own pinball machine, then I saw that Jaws... Pinball was available (my favourite film) I had to have one but it seemed like the first batch had sold out. Had a look around and read a few reviews of suppliers, Pinball Heaven seemed to be the place to buy from, also doing some research Pinball Heavan have the best price and warrantee.Had a few online chats with Phil who said the next batch were due in a month or so. My daughter is a Stranger Things fan so decided to order both from Phil and paid a deposit. 6 weeks later Martin delivered and installed my Jaws and my daughters Stranger Things.I started to think I needed Jurassic Park (my second favourite film) so reached out to Phil, it looked like the premium version was due to go into production again soon but no date for the Pro version which I was looking for. A day or 2 later Phil contacted me he had found a pro version in the UK if I was interested. Decided I must go for this, paid a deposit on Friday afternoon, paid the balance the following Monday morning. Had a call from Martin an hour later asking if I was in, 2:30 the same day it arrived and was installed, beat that for speed.I have had couple of issues with my machines, Phil was on the case straight away to find a solution, but needed a new part direct from Stern as these were machine specific therefore it took a few weeks as these had to come from the USA. I told Phil I was willing to swap out the parts myself, Phil said if I had any doubt he would send someone out to fit the replacement part.Any contact I have had with Phil has always had a speedy response, I have send Phil messages in the evening hoping for a response the next day, more often than not he replied the same evening.read more

After purchasing my Elton John pinball machine through Phil at... Pinball Heaven, I discovered a fault with my new machine .Phil pin pointed the problem clearly a manufacturing issue from the factory.Phil came out to job, diagnosed the issue, a fault on the CPU board, and got my machine up and running.Very happy 😁 great service.Simon Wolstenholmeread more

I have recently bought a pinball machine from Pinball Heaven. I... looked at a few other "games room" companies and chose these guys mainly because of their service and 2 year guarantee. I am so pleased I did. Great prices and great service. I had a small issue with my pinball machine. They send a guy to fix it straight away.Happy customer.read more

Never met the gentleman before but have purchased parts many... years ago came to the shop with my hubby son daughter what can I say we love all love pinball machine kids grew up with it. the man called Phil was very nice I did ask permission to visit his store today before we arrived on chat my hubby ask all right questions but he not expert on them just novice but Phil was really friendly answered all our questions got our parts and cleaners my self hubby and son got plày on a few in the shop that was amazing for us all off back home to Liverpool can't wait to be able to repair my machine again thankyou pin ball heaven would recommend this shop to anyoneread more

I have bought a couple of pinball machines from Pinball Heaven,... as well as a few accessories for my machines. Always had a great experience and things have been sent ASAP.Phil has always been very helpful with technical questions.I wouldn't buy a pinball machine from anywhere else!read more

Bought a Foo Fighters Pro (my first ever pin) from Pinball... heaven. Service was great, from answering my (probably) stupid newbie questions at the start through the communication on order progress and delivery.
