Halloween – a 1978 Classic!

John Carpenter’s 1978 classic is an American independent slasher film directed and scored by Carpenter, co-written with producer Debra Hill, and starring Jamie Lee Curtis, Donald Pleasence, P. J. Soles and Nancy Kyes. The plot centres on a mental patient, Michael Myers, who was committed to a sanatorium for murdering his babysitting teenage sister on Halloween night when he was six years old. Fifteen years later, he escapes and returns to his hometown, where he stalks a female babysitter and her friends while under pursuit by his psychiatrist.

Halloween – the 2022 Classic!

Spooky’s Halloween Pinball Machine features original movie clips, including Michael’s gruesome murder scenes, accompanied by the suspenseful original film soundtrack, with new compositions inspired by the classic film from Matt “Count D” Montgomery.

Eerie, custom hand painted artwork from horror industry artist Jason Edmiston helps build the tension, and the game is brought to life (so to speak) by custom speech, including a contribution from original cast member PJ Soles who played Lynda van der Klok in the 1978 classic – the only person in the film not to be killed with Michael’s signature kitchen knife!
