T&Cs Pinball Machine Repair

Due to problems that uncollected repairs can cause, we are no longer able to provide more than 14 days storage without charge for completed repairs. Most people do collect their machines in a timely manner, which is greatly appreciated. For those few who do not, a storage charge will be invoiced under the following terms and conditions, to which we require you to acknowledge and agree, as follows-

  1. You should collect your pinball machine within 7 days from the date we notify you that the agreed work is complete but in any event no more than 14 days.  Note; if we advise you it will be 1 month (for example) before we can repair your machine, the time only starts to run from the date we notify you that the agreed work is complete.
  2. We will notify you that the agreed work is complete by whatever means you have provided us with; phone, email, text, etc.
  3. Pinball machines not collected within 14 days will incur a £50 plus VAT a week (or part thereof) storage charge for a maximum period of 2 months.
  4. After 2 months of paid storage and a maximum of 14 days free, with still no collection, NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN OF OUR INTENTION TO SELL YOUR GOODS IN ORDER TO RECOVER OUR COSTS INCURRED WHILE CARRYING OUT SERVICE OR REPAIR.  We will deduct our repairs invoice/VAT/cost of sale/ and storage charge from the final price achieved and retain any balance due back to you in a separate account until such time as you contact us, at which time the balance will be made available to you.
